(Wiley Publishers, 2005), the co-founders, Doug Brown and Scott Wilson established
The Black Book of Outsourcing Vendor Directory ® in 2004 by inviting
business executives to rate and review the Outsourcing Vendors they had engaged
in business relationships with.

These two successful entrepreneurs applied a unique premise that rating a vendor
on the basis of thousands of experiences was inherently more accurate than relying
on one reviewer. Starting with the first Black Book of Outsourcing Top 50
list, that premise has proven true and the BBOO Top 50 Vendor Directory has continued
to expand. The company now offers guides for outsourcing for more than 70
major markets, as well as guides for industries, markets, geographies, and those
new up and comers. |
